This luxurious three story condominium, just steps from the Savannah beach, is located on the south end of Tybee Island. The condo is situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, just minutes from the center of most island activities.

The Condo on Tybee boasts a two car garage on the first level. The second level gives way to an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, living room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean, Tybee River, and Little Tybee Island from the twenty foot private deck. The third floor is meant for sleeping or enjoying some quiet time. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a private bath and a twenty foot deck to enjoy the expansive view all alone or with that special someone. The second bedroom has antique carved twin beds and a bath located in the hall. If additional sleeping space is required, the sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa.

Rates for the condo from September 6 thru May 25 are $300 per night for two-to-four persons and $50 per night for each additional. This property is "unhosted", which means no meals or maid service is provided during your stay. Maid service is provided after checkout. Rates from May 26 thru September 5 are weekly rentals only. The weekly rate is $1500 for two to four and $50 per each additional. Maximum occupancy is six persons. Maid service can be provided for weekly rentals for an additional fee.
